Organic Dairy cow feed needed for winter

Having had just 11mm of rain in 4 months we are in a tricky forage situation for our herd of 60 beloved dairy cows. Seeking organic feed for next winter-be that forage/bales , or any complimentary feedstuffs (apple pumice, brewers grains, mollases, wholecrop) -any ideas gratefully recieved.
