Palates at the ready for the Organic Food Awards

Date Published: 16/07/2013

Today’s a big day if you’re one of the many hopeful businesses with an entry in the Organic Food Awards 2013. The judges are gathered at the Duke of Cambridge organic pub, in Islington, getting into some serious tasting, sniffing and possibly rubbing things between their fingers.

We know this because our Certification and Compliance Manager, Steve Clarkson, is in the thick of it as a judge. Last year our Chief Executive, Richard Jacobs, was the chosen one. He turned his finely tuned palate to the perhaps slightly less entertaining task of judging the store cupboard items. But he’s not bitter…

If you do have a runner in this race, we wish you the best of luck!
